Steps
Contact me any convenient way (go to Contact Me at the bottom of page) and describe general information about your project and what sketches do you need.
I send you my offer with all information about my terms and approximate cost. Also I estimate the timing of an order and request an additional technical details If needed.
You send me a technical task on my email and I review it. Also I prepare a clarifying questions about a project if needed.
We discuss the final price and timing. ❗️Time of approval and review of technical task are not included in deadline.
Prepayment 100% by Western Union or credit card, bank transfer or any of your preferred payment method
I start rendering: build a simple 3D model in Sketchup and then agree on the angles with you. After angle approval it cannot be changed.
I start drawing. The average time of drawing one sketch depends on complexity and takes around 2 days in general.
I send you a sketch for approval. Make changes (like color correction, add/remove decor or lights) on demand.

I am a digital artist. I draw sketches of buildings only according to your clear technical task. But I can not do architects work like design plans and specifications for a project. Information about work process you can find in Steps section above.
